We are committed to promoting best practice in health, education and social care services by engaging knowledgeable and experienced practitioners to speak at our events. We seek to offer high quality training and information on a wide range of topics at affordable prices. We recognise the need to provide learning opportunities to people across the county in a variety of locations. When choosing locations for conferences and courses, we strive to achieve a balance between the demand for any given event and good national coverage.

We are also keen to hear feedback from people who attend any of our events and also from people who are looking for information and courses on topics we do not currently offer.

We plan our conferences well in advance, and consequently we occasionally have to make changes to the published programme, due to unforseen circumstances. In these instances, we make every attempt to stick as closely as possible to the published programme.

To discuss your training needs, please contact our Training Manager, Victoria Ralfs on  or our Conference Officer, Ildi McIndoe on / Mobile: or email

For further details on courses and conferences listed or to book places, please contact Lesley Alabaf on or email
