EastEnders News
Billy and Honey's baby, Janet, is now 1 year old.
Honey (Emma Barton) and Billy (Perry Fenwick) say a big Hello!

Emma says "I understand the importance of this storyline. I want to show that children with Down's syndrome can lead lives just like other children - and that's a really positive message".
This story might bring up a lot of questions. If you would like to talk to anyone about the programme, or any of the things it made you think about, you can call Susannah or Stuart on or email

London Down 2 Earth Group
Every month a group of young adults with Down's syndrome gather at the DSA Head Office to meet friends, have fun and talk about issues that are important to them.
The Down 2 Earth group acts as a very important focus group - by letting the DSA know about their experiences, we can make sure we are addressing the right issues.
Unfortunately the group is now full so we are not taking on new members but please tell us about any similar activities you know of or do in your area!
